Help with adding score

Hi! I'm working on a pretty easy game, were you tap a ball to hold it in the air. When it hits the ground you loose. And i try to figure out how I make a score in the scene were it stands how many times I've tapped the ball. HOW DO I DO THAT???

Thanks for response! But I've got one problem the score doesn't show up. U said somthing about opacity, I've looked around but I dont find that setting. Please tell me were it is, and then I gonna stop nagging
