How to Submit ipad app to app store

I submit a lot of iphone app to app store and now I make some in ipad version.. how can I submit to app store.
1. do I have to create app id again
2. Do I have to create provision again
3. How can I submit to app store....

    You just need to choose iPad, on gamesalad when publishing...
    Before all of this you have to do all things that you would do before publishing an iphone game on the developer center, like create provisioning file, etc... Its exactly the same process that it is for publishing an iphone game, except that you choose iPad on Gamesalad when you hit the Publish Button...
