WTF? Amazon subscription cancellations

This e-mail is to confirm that your subscription to Gendai Games Inc. has been canceled. You may however re-subscribe by logging into Gendai Games Inc.'s website and signing up for subscription once again.

    its for the old subscription model, as it doesn't exist anymore, its been cancelled. Otherwise you'd be charged for something you can't use.

    I received the same e-mail from amazon on Friday, forwarded GS Support and received a reply from them in FIVE minutes!
    Probably posting a flame thread in the forums won't solve it...

    And I'm a bit skeptical about leaving or not...
    Some months ago, I was really pissed off with GS and found me forced to learn Corona. Today, I use both for developing and have to admit GS improved a lot in all aspects, including customer support.

    Let's stop complaining... let's make our games!

    Just my 2 cents ;-)

    I canceled all the Amazon auto-renewals so no one else accidentally gets charged for the old Express membership again.
    Your GameSalad accounts are not affected. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    For the record, I'm not looking to bitch about this. I just wanted to know what had happen to my old subscription.

    Q: Say you subscribed to a magazine and your subscription got canceled early. Would you want to know why? I WOULD! That's why I asked in the first place.....

    Also.. Corona just became a threat. Corona has a third party GUI that generates LUA code for you. "Corona Rapid Prototype" is the name.

    Do you not realize that all of tools will have bright spots when it looks like they have more features than their competitors? It's called tool advancement and they are all going to edge out each other from time to time. If they didn't we wouldn't be getting tools at all.

    Use the freaking tool that you like for the job that you are trying to complete. It's that simple. Geesh...
