Need testers with 2G and 3G devices

If you could help me to test my game (which I made in two days) with 2G and 3G devices, that would be cool.

I have only an iPhone4 by the hand and I don't know, if the FPS is any good on older devices. I'd like to publish it for all devices.

If you can test it, send me an email to hunnenkoenig@chello.at and I send you the GS file, so you can build an adhoc or test it with the viewer.

I just want to know, if the FPS is any good.
I get 60FPS constantly on 4G

Thanks in advance!
In exchange you can keep the file and use it, if you want, just don't use the art anywhere :-P

Edit:

I could also use any opinion about the game.
It's a simple little crap, but anyway...

on a 2g iPod Touch with GS Viewer I was getting consistent 54-59 FSP however during 3 plays I got a short 2-3 sec lag where it dipped to 43 fsp. I didn't see any unusual onscreen activity that was causing the drop but it was around the 400 points mark (not exactly as I was trying to avoid the rocks so I couldn't track all the items at once). Definately playable though but if you knew for example that there was some code triggered by the score around that mark or maybe it was a trigger to speed up the game or something then you might be able to take a look at it.

Also around 450 points the background started showing a gap. Fun gameplay and nice music.

    Hope that helps.

Simo, thank you for the feedback!

I will look into the FPS drop.
    Thanks!

I had problems with the background gap previously. I thought, I fixed it. Damn.

    It's probably the "Move" behaviour...
I will try to find another solution.

    Thanks again!

sure thing .. send it again if you do some more on it and want those items rechecked.

It is 55-60 fps on menus, and 40-45fps while playing.
    Was totally playable.

I didn't notice any drops around 450points but gaps started after 750points.

I will say good work.. :)

    Thanks guys!

I think, I managed the gap problem.

On my laptop in the GS preview I had the gap too.
    Now it is no more.

I have sent you all the new version for a quick test.
Please let me know, if you still have the gap on 1G, 2G and 3G.

Works well on my 3gs. Nice gameplay and art too.

    Thanks!

    Now I am happy.

I just recycled the assets from Space Jam 1 (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/a-space-jam/id325118083?mt=8) because that game was really an epic fail :-P

I mean, this one is also not the big one, but I thought, I give it a try.

I had one play and a smaller gap appeared when I got past 1000+ points and the game was moving fast. Two further plays and the gap didn't appear at any point and i was able to get about the same depth in.

I still had a drop .. kind of like a trip up where the scrolling slows for a split second and then its fine apart from that brief hiccup it was about 52-58fps all the time.

    Thanks guys!

I can't figure the gap out...

I think GS processes the math to slow.
I was trying to do it with overlaping of the images, but it looks even more stupid.

I will mess around with it the next days.

    Thanks for all your help!

I suggest making the scene and your background images lot taller, and make them recycle a lot more above the screen.

    Just an idea..
