Updating game on App store

when you submit a update for your game on connect to you submit the entire game or just what you changed.

    click on the app in itunes connect and youll see a link to add a update. Then when you open application loader you can load the update for that game

    right I seen the load update button but do I only load the updates or the entire game with the added updates?
