Photos Sizes

What pixels size photos should I be shooting if there are to be used
for iphone 4 and ipad apps? 1800x 1200, 2100 x 1500 or will small work?

    I would suggest as big as you can (if you are talking about taking photos yourself with your camera). You will then have the most detail to either crop out unwanted stuff, adjust color balances or scale parts.

    It really depends on what you are going to do with the image once you have it (but disc storage is cheap and plentiful so a large source image is worth getting and keeping). Who knows a year from now another project you do might have a need for that great photo you took today and in a bigger size than you anticipated.

    I have a access to some wonderful photos that are at 1024 x 610.
    That is the largest the come. Will they work for an iPad app?
    Most will be used as or in scenes with some photo manipulation added.
