Issues with different sprite sizes

Recently I noticed that my actor's sprites all had some transparent space between their feet and the ground, so I cropped all the images. However, now when the animation changes images, the actor's size overrides the image size! Is there a way to fix this without changing all the images again?

Can you try changing the initial size of the image for your actor to fit the size of the animation images?

No, they're all different sizes. That's the problem.

Why is your animation different sizes? Might want to explain this a little further. For example, if I do a fireball spell, each one may be slightly different sizes, but nothing drastic. So is that the case or.. are we talking completely different sizes?

All images in your animation need to be the same size from each other. Do what you can to fix that and your animations should look smoother.
