Memory size limits for earlier iTouches and iPhones?

Hey all,
While trying to keep the running memory sizes of my games down so they will run fine on older devices and not crash and upset customers.
Is there a list somewhere that shows what the memory limit is on each device?
like one of my sound games is at a total of 60mb running which i would think would crash on older devices..
