can I move the tracking area left or right ?

I only find the tracking area can modify it's size,
but can I setup it's position within screen ?

    You put the control camera behavior in whatever you want to control tracking. Then click on the little camera next to the mouse cursor at the top left of the scene to adjust the trackign areas size easier
