Maybe the best marketing opportunity ever! UPDATE

Is your app lost in the sea of the app store?
Can’t get your app noticed?
Got a great app?
If it could only get noticed…
What if you could target in on your exact market or actual user base by direct email?
I have a VERY current email list (within the last 45 days) including their full names to the tune of over two million iPhone, iTouch, and iPad owners and users. This list is a double opt. in list to comply with all anti spam laws.
What are the catches?
1. I will only sell the list to 3 companies in total since I don't want the list to washout.
2. You should remember you need a great app or game. Something like tic tac toe will never sell (no offense) regardless of the marketing plan.
3. Use a good emailing service or severs, remember garbage in garbage out. When doing this large of an emailing pay a little more to make sure they are delivered right and not just sent to spam. This should be done over a few days.
4. This is an opt. in list you MUST give the recipient the option to opt out of your emails. Failure to do so can result in fines, prosecution or both for breaking anti spam laws. So remove opt outs, a good 80% list is far better then getting black listed.
5. Don't abuse the list. If you bury your recipients in emails more then once a week or even once a month you will quickly find everyone on your list will just opt. out of it.
6. Know what you’re buying. iPhone user owner lists are hard to find, generally very expensive, and usually have a poor delivery rate of less then 70%. These lists cost upwards of $100.00 or more per thousand on a rental one time use basis with a 5k minimum. This list has a delivery rate of over 87%.
7. So for a list of over 2 million emails if you able to get a small 1% conversion rate that became a buyer of your app or game at .99 cents less Apple’s fee you net 15k.
8. Ok, so what’s the cost? I have it priced at $4995.00 for you to own the list. Interested? Let’s talk.

SPAM? NO SORRY Just way to market your app's and get noticed. Legal and working well. I use it on all my unity 3d created games as game salad was far to limited for me, but a credit to Game Salad it is a great starting point for newbies that have never coded before.

I'll let this one stand, but I'm locking the dupe.

Old enough that I, and I'm sure many others, remember this fiasco:

And then what you did after that:

So you come back 8 months after that disgrace and try and sell email addresses? For $5k???
Wow dude. Seriously. Wow.
Thank you for your condescending posts towards a valued member of this community, this software and your comments about Unity. From the evidence on the app store and via App Annie I conclude that:
You say you use your technique for sale on all your Unity 3D apps - I could only find two - Bugsy's World and Bugsy's World HD - but there are plenty of people who've had better sales *without* your technique and all with software that's 'too limited' and for 'newbies'.
I'm sorry, I don't often get riled up, but you are a fucking disgrace. I'm closing this topic, and will delete any others that you post trying to scam people.
If you have any issue with this, I really don't care. You can take it up with Gendai and they can either reverse what I've done and tell me to let you continue, or they can weigh up the evidence and do whatever they feel is appropriate.
If I don't see you round these parts for another 8 months it'll be too soon.
