shame you have to change it because of your other business prospects.

Maybe setup another developer account and re-release it....could be a great success once it gets some press.

I plan on forming an LLC and then I can have a bit more fun :)

Awesome, scitunes. I think the next logical step is to do a game with a parody of everyone in the forum's avatar.

It's a parody so he should be fine. MAD magazine has done it for over 50 years.

Well, I decided to change the name to Zombie Idol Dash (lame, I know). I just don't want any bad press right now as I am trying to win the National STEM video game challenge and build my science curriculum business. If anyone wants to see what all the fuss is about with this silly game email me for a promo (I have 50 more now):

Maybe I will need to change the name of my app, does that change itunes Link?
If they change will have to update all My apps!

    Cheers-,

    Hey Hunny,

You say some good stuff on these boards, but:

I'm not sure it is . . . and even if it is, JB has lots of really good, expensive lawyers at his disposal.

    You didn't use his name

    Yes he did!

Make a disclaimer in the game and in the description that "any similarities with living or dead people is an accident" (or how it is formulated in english) and you are absolutely save.

I'm afraid you can't cover yourself with a disclaimer if you know the opposite is true. A lawyer would easily tear this apart.

Who the hell is he to think, the game is about him?

He's Justin Beiber . . . and the game is about him. We know it, Scitunes knows it, all buyers of the game know it, the lawyers will show everyone knows it and the judge will know it too.

It's such a shame, because ZomBieber Dash is such a clever title, and Scitunes deserves lots of sales just for coming up with that idea (I wish I were that creative).

I already changed the title to Zombie Idol Dash. But here's the thing, there is a parody exception in the law. Otherwise Saturday Night Live and other comedy shows would be getting sued left and right. In my opinion Zombieber Dash fits the parody exception, but I did not feel it was worth it to fight it.

There is major publicity here. Please fight it. ;)

But Did your Link to Itunes changed?
That would be terrible because I would need to update all my apps again.
