is the name "sciTunes" a copyright problem? opinions please

What do you guys think? Is the name for my business "sciTunes" going to get me sued by apple or will they reject my apps as a result of the name?

    I would stay away from this. Apple gets very picky about what they let through. Last week a guy had his app denied because the word iPod was in it.
