Hey Tshirtbooth ,I have a question for you I already asked this but didn't get my answer and since you have so much experience with making games i have a question about filing for income taxes. Did You get any forms for income tax last year or do I have to add the money I made myself.

Thanks

Get on iTunes Connect and grab the forms under Contracts, fill them out and snail mail them.

Are you in Canada? If so it would be GST and you can elect them to cover it or yourself.

Found it right here on Apple's FAQ

Will Apple send a U.S. Tax Form 1099 for my app sales?
No. Application sales on the App Store are sales by you, the developer of copyrighted works, to end users. Therefore, Apple takes the position that payments made to you for these sales are payments for products or goods, which are specifically exempt from reporting on Form 1099 even though the payments may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for determining your own tax obligations with respect to these payments. If you are uncertain of your tax obligations, we recommend that you consult with a tax professional.
