My favorite is Joyoshare VidiKit https://www.joyoshare.com/vidikit/. It is able to record videos and audio from almost all sources in high quality. I can save any length of my favorite band's live shows with no watermark and no latency. Maybe you could give it a shot.

On a mac, I just use Quicktime. You already have it.
