3 elements in a scrolling background

Hi Guys,

I have been on this for a few days and just not getting anywhere. I have 3 background items, clouds, far away hills and and close hills. I need them to move at different speeds when the actor (person) moves left or right. I have tried everything and can't get this right.

Any help would be great.
