Install .app bundle on iPhone

Is there any way to physically install a GameSalad app on your phone (aka not through the simulator)? I know dragging the .app file to iTunes results in a "this isn't code signed" error, so I was wondering if anyone had any other ways. Thanks

build a adhoc version

If you build using a Distribution Adhoc Provisioning Profile you should be able to drag and drop onto itunes just like your testing adhoc builds.
