Bouncing blocks

Hey, I want to make a tower with blocks. I have got a ground floor( non movable). I want to collide it with the blocks. But each block must also collide with another block. I want to use drag en drop. but if I drop my block on the ground floor and when I drop down another block there is no gravity because i set it to zero. the reason why is set it to zero is because I don't won't that the blocks already fall before i even touched it.
can you help me?
