My oh my... Disturbing issues/results with fps/performance values..

I'm working on some projects.

On one of them, there is no spawn-destroy. Its in most primitive shape for now (no images, no sound files). It only has 1 scene and scene size is 500x500.

And total memory usage on an iPhone4 is 28mb. That sounds good, right? An iPhone4 should be able to easily manage that.. But no! I'm having fps drops while actual gameplay is on. The fps drops to 35-40.. (But you can NOT notice it while playing. Everything is still smooth. Just on the viewer it reports a dropdown.)

And on the second game, again, no spawns-destroys. Scene again 500x500. Again in the most primitive stage. Total memory usage on an iPod Touch 1st Gen is 14mb. That sounds super cool too, right? The game is always 55-60fps, but, all of the interpolate behaviors are shaky and SUCK at execution.
On an iPhone4 it is all perfect.

These are the values without any image, sound files.
Damn.. I don't want to quit these projects.. I really don't..

Do you think when the games are complete, they will be playable on 3G and newer devices? (Both will be RI)
