this memory leak is ridiculous, incredibly frustrating.

slowing my workflow like no freaking tomm. can't stand this !@#$%.
i really hope this gets sorted out FAST. takes like 10 seconds to open each actor.

good god...

is anyone else experiencing this?

    at that rate i would have to restart every 10 minutes :(

    Since I switched to an SSD on my MacbookPro the work with GS is much much better ;) Can only recommend this step.

    yea well i'm on a mac mini lol with 8gb of ram.

    restarting helps alot. too bad i have to do it alot

    yup, once it gets a bit slow just command+q and reopen!

    You'll be back up to awesome speeds in a matter of seconds x]

    ditto...

    I just work till it starts getting too slow, do a 'save as' and save a new version, it just helps if the project ever gets corrupted or you delete something but later on wish you had'nt.

    Then make a nice cuppa tea..and reopen... admittedly that's like 6 cups of tea an hour...and that's why I now have decaf in the house...Mmmmm....tea....I'll go make one now...

    Make up a rule that when mouse button is down then save file, quit GS and reopen .LOL

    Same here, even if there is no shortcut in Gamesalad my fingers are always on cmd and s.

    I have changed my mind on the memory leak!

    IF! GS removes the splash, than the memory leak MUST stay!!! It would be cool to develop apps for other clients and bill by the hour .... or year depending if they need sounds or not ;)
