Randomize the direction of accelerate

In the box for Accelerate, I clicked on the expression editor, and entered random(260,280)

But, when the actor falls they always go straight down, direction 270

Can the direction be randomized? if so, how can I accomplish that?

Thanks!

I clicked on the expression editor, and then replaced min and max with 260 and 280, respectively.

try making it 230,310 and see how it is.

John, I tried your suggestion, and nothing changed. They still fall straight down.

Hmm, anyone else have any idea why this is not working right?

do you have gravity turned on in the scene? if you do, turn it off and try again.

The gravity for the scene has both x and y set to zero. What is the setting to turn it off?

    Thanks.

Tshirtbooth, The actors are being spawned from above the scene, so I don't think I can do what you are suggesting.

Fixed it for you. When you spawn it in your spawn actor that needs to be relative to actor to prevent it from being all over the place, then in the actors with accelerate that needs to be relative to scene with a larger random range. Also the walls the way you have them will show up on the device so i moved them offscreen for you as well.

    cheers
