Two questions about Actors and Refreshing scenes

So the first question that I have is an easy one and does not really matter if it is fixed or not as it is a quirk that I have not really a functional defect. When you open a project you see the text boxes for the title description and so on. On the bottom you see all your scenes and actors depending what tab you are in. Most of my scenes do not have an icon picture they are just the generic game salad icon and the other ones do not update after i modify them. I am working on a game that will have ~100 levels and I m going to use a different scene for each level (may not be the best way but it is the way i feel most comfortable with) and I would like to be able to see what levels I have finished designing without having to click on each one. Again this is not something I need to fix in order to make the game but it helps.

Now for the second question. On the main page of the project where you see the scenes and actors if I edit an actor there does that mean that it will have all the same rules and properties for all scenes and then when in the scene I can modify the template to fit that particular scene. This is what I am doing: I have bricks that you have to break so can i set up all the physics and collisions in the main screen and then in the scene add to the template to modify an attribute that only that scene has without modifying all the other actors in a different scene.

Thank you and it was a little difficult to write exactly what I meant as I am a better speaker than writer but I hope that I got my point across if there are any questions on what i mean please ask.

Also I have a couple of different bricks so is there a way to copy and paste rules and such or do i have to redo the same rules 10 times.

Thank You
Jason
