I want to put a please review button but I have not submitted the game yet.

Yes I want to have a please review button so I am wondering if there is a way to get the link that your game is going to have before you submit it or do I have to wait until it is released to get the link and include it in an update?

I think that what I will do is to put an contact us button and in the first update change to a please review button.
That is unless somebody no a way to get the link before submitting and tell us before I submit it.

Yes you can put add review button before submit the game.
simple put below link in your button.
After create app in app store they will provide you specific App id. Replace that app id in below link.
I use APPID text in below link replace it to your app id and user direct jump to your review page.
