Amount of Game Compression

I haven't seen anything that pertains to my particular question in the search, so I am wondering if someone has a educated rough estimate on how much a game file is compressed once it is done and you submit it and get your .app back from GS.

Let's say you have a 20mb GS project file. What would be the rough estimate on the final app size you get back from GS for submission to Apple?

    mine comes back bigger from gamesalad. I assume its because they need to bundle a player with the files i send them. i sent 2.8 mb and got back 3.4 mb on my file today.
