Hey guys, I was wondering if it's possible to have a webpage inside an app? Doesn't have to be a full fledged web browser with back buttons, just something that displays the webpage where you can type stuff in text boxes and click/touch buttons

No not inside the app itself. If you have the pro version of gamesalad you can put links in that when pressed will open up in safari outside of the app, but nothing in the app or UIwebviews.

It would also be possible to "recreate" a mini version of the web page inside your app with, as John says, a link (PRO version only) to the real site.
I have included a "one page" web site into one of my apps and Apppppppple has not complained about it when they approved the app. :)

Perhaps this thread should be recreated as a feature request. There could be a new behavior — the UIWebView behavior — where an actor becomes a UIWebView.

The Unofficial GameSalad Textbook app could have been created with GameSalad if it supported the UIWebView.

The problem is that it would work better if there could be buttons and server communication... like the ability to send Web Data to the app itself. That would allow us to create multiplayer games, achievements and high scores. Although, I'm thinking that Game Center support is probably preferred by this community.
