failed to sign cocoa error 12

any idea what this is all about?

publish to iphone, downloads, starts the sign and then fails with this error.

i did just revert back via time machine to leopard and removed snow leopard. all sdks reinstalled.

    Fixed this by creating a new profile and bits in the apple developer site and added them to my system.

    I'm having the same issue. Did you create a new profile with Apple or Gamesalad?
