How can I show my app on TestFlight?

I want to show my progress to a friend using http://testflightapp.com/

How do I generate the ipa file to upload to this site?

    u need an ad hoc provisioning profile with the devices u want added. then built it with gamesalad.
    after that u need to put the app file in a folder call "Payload" (case sensitive) then compress it and rename it to something like this yourgamename.ipa then upload to testflight and it will work.
    testflight makes beta so easy. LOVE IT

    Zombots, I followed your directions and tried that but when I dropped into testflightapps, it came back with an error:

    "could not find the infoplst"

    How can I correct this?
