Is it the same process to import 3d graphics into gamesalad if it is still a 2d game? meaning Can you save a 3d picture say out of cinema 4d or blender and import it to GS?

Yeah. 3d images are just pictures. Just save it as .png or .jpeg and drag it in.

I have cinema 4d on my pc, but didn't use it much. So to get the feel of 3d I just downloaded blender not to long ago.

Cool. I use cinema 4d, mostly because of its moGraph and moDynamics. Good luck with game and graphic making.

I dont think you can make blender projects into jpeg or png

I have not met a 3d program that didn't put out graphics in 2d one way or another.
