Issue with spawning

Hey I have an actor spawning every 2 seconds. However, it spawns every 2 seconds... sometimes. It like randomly misses spawns. Like it'll spawn 4 then not a 5th but then spawn a 6th. or it'll spawn 1 then not a 2nd but then a 3rd and 4th. Anyone know whats going on?
