Release a paid app before filling out tax into.

Is it possible to release a 99cent app before filling out the tax and banking forms? Will they just hold on to my earnings until all the forms are filled out?

    Can someone elaborate on this, please? Does Apple send you all the forms you need, or is it up to you to find and file all the correct paperwork?

    when you log into itunes connect youll see manage your banking ect. you need to fill out the bank info, tax info, and maybe something else i forgot.
