Timer error on iPhone

Hello,
I have a timer in my game that work just fine in gamesalad but when I make a new build and upload it in my iPhone, the timer goes crazy and that affect my whole game.
Does someone had that problem before?

    I have timer issues on a 4th gen ipod - the timer just does not work. I have had no timer problems on a 3rd gen ipod. I have tested multiple programs on each and apps with timers won't run correctly on the 4th gen device. The 4th gen ipod has iOS 4.2.1 (8C148) on it. The 3rd gen has iOS 4.0 (8A293) on it. I have no clue.
