where can i find a step by step to upload to appstore? cause now the application uploader is telling me "no eligible applications were found" but i JUST fnished making one since the older one wasn't working and i used the new provisiong thing.. jesus this is confusing
You can go into itunes connect manage apps click on the app and hit reject binary at the top right then youll be able to upload a different file for the same app.
and why is the application uploader telling "no eligible applications were found"

so i deleted the app id i had ready it from itunes connect in the "manage my apps" section and created a new one:
not only did it said my app name was taken, which is weird cause i deleted it. unless i have to delete that name from another section.
and also i did the gs publishing process, got the fireworks, got the zip file and when i went to upload itwith application uploader but got the "no eligible applications were found" message.
BASICALLY all i want is to be able to publish my game to the appstore with the original name of my game. itunes connect says its taken (by me i assume but i deleted it, unless im missing something).
i think now i'm screwed badly bcuz i cant keep the original name intended for my game.
thats VERY stupid of apple, there has to be a workaround....
theres gotta be a way i can name my game what it was originally intended to be god what a downer
To upload your game, go into the game info on itunesconnect and hit ready to upload. Then the app loader will see it n
You are overcomplicating things, it's very straight forward as long as you follow their steps exactly. If you try and rush through it you will mess up and run into problems

Create appID
Create provisioning profile for this appID (must choose distribution and AppStore)
Download provisioning profile and click to install (will load in Xcode)
Create game in gs and publish using the correct appID
Zip the binary that is downloaded
Go to iTunes connect and add a new application (again choosing the correct appID)
When finished click the little blue button on the right that says something like 'upload new binary'
It will change to waiting for upload
Launch application loader and choose the correct game
Browse for your zip file and upload
Done
I see the new version of GS (since 0.9) can do some of this for you, I don't bother with that.
Open application loader and choose the correct game from the list
