problem last step

I just publish gamesalad macapp after I got all file from game salad ... I double click on application not .pkg.. they ask me to sign for test user of itune.. I do sign it and it should have application in my computer dock as I see tshirtbooth vdo.. but I wait for 10 min nothing happen please help

    thanks... It show up this user id has been used only in thai itune so what should I do

    I already create itune connect from mac app... but when I use application loader it said no application create in tune connect which strange
