Personal Vs Small Business

Hello everyone, I have questions regarding Personal(individual) and Small Business when signing up with Apple, as I have a small business(company) in California. I wonder which would be best for tax purposes (or other purposes) when you make sales. Personal? or Small business?

Wouldn't you be able to claim this new hobby of yours via your business?
In which case it would make sense to sign up as such?
