What motivates you to keep going?

Sometimes time is not enough, maybe a game idea is too complex...perhaps previous released games didn't made enough money, etc, etc.
I get distracted very easily and lost focus real fast...and before I know it, I'm just posting nonsense on twitter, facebook or forums
so...what motivates you to keep going and continue making games?

Other than that, I want desperately to prove that you can do this (make games) without being an ass, without cheating or conning people, and by putting some real love into the games I make.
The good guy has to win sometime, right?
Yes, some people are in it for the money. As long as they *earn* it, I'm fine with that.

The fact that it puts me threw college, pays my rent and lets me not have a 9-5 is just a plus:)
Plus I enjoy it.
I also like making my own games so I can make them perfect!

p.p.p.p.p.s hi QS :S
I have a general desire in life to know how to do things. For me this has been one of the best learning experiences. Not just GS but all the other things that are needed for a project (graphics, audio, maths and logic, workflow, testing and all the apple procedures).
The money is great to keep interest in doing this. But I certainly would have made a few games even if there was no money in it.
Beside that I really can't imagine doing something else anymore. I want to make my dream games and to do that I need loads of money, so I hope that I can earn it with the iPhone development.
Just hoping to make a hit game to be able to continue with my company and my dream projects.
Can I ask you for a quick favor? I'd like to contact you regarding a question but don't know the best way to do so?
No, just kidding. It's really meth.
