Check to make sure you set up your behaviors correctly. What is the ball doing that it shouldn't?

I want my ball stopped immediately, when iphone is in central position..
but now my ball when is central position ( after left or right movement ) don't stop immediately

Well, I haven't gone through that tutorial because I don't have an iPhone, but try putting a "Drag" behavior on the ball. That should make it slow down when no force is applied to it. You will probably need to increase the drag amount to make it work for your game.

    thankss Tshirt,

    i try this setting:
accelerate with the numbers 0.1 and -0.1 or 0.3 and -0.3

but the ball is not very responsive...

i want when the ball is already in motion and move in a different direction the ball change direction immediate ....

with these settings the ball to a slight delay..

    we have a solution?

    thankssss a lot for all

try this. Before each accelerate begavior add a "change velocity" behavior and set it to zero. That way as soon as the accelerometer goes past 0 (or 0.1 or whatever you have it set to) it should stop then accelerate in the other direction. This should work though it may make the ball stop too suddenly and seem unnatural. I guess you could put change velocity to 20 or some other small number (never tried that).

good! but when it changes direction stops too....i try with zero / 20 , I also tried with the same speed acceleration 200 !!

but when it changes direction stops too ... help

in your accelerometer setting you could just use 0 instead of 0.1 but it makes it nearly impossible to every have the object completely still. It should change directions immediately however.
