how to drop stuff from planes

hi guys ive been working with gamesalad for a few days,i have almost created a game level and i was gonna post it here on gamesalad.its a side scrolling shooter.but im stuck with this problem..i want to make a plane drop enemies in front of my player character i can make enemies spawn on the road but i cant make it spawn from the the plane...
