How can I, when drawing a line, have an actor bounce on it?

I have made an actor that draws a line, but now when I create a rule overlap or collide with line, accelerate up, it doesnt even bounce! Help!

you shouldnt have accelerate up for your bounce. You should be setting the restitution and stuff in the physics to give it the correct bounce. Look at this
