Application Loader Mac App Store? PLEASE HELP

I have application loader 1.3 (89) and it keeps telling me No Eligible Applications Were Found. I have one waiting for upload in iTunes connect.

Can anyone please help.

    You may have to download the latest version for the application loader, I have version 1.4 (92) and I downloaded the latest xcode too.

    I can't seem to find the new version of the Application Loader. Will it be in iTunes connect?
