Question 2 please answer

Greetings again, I have two questions: the ipad screen is 1024 x 768 pixels, if I make a game larger than those pixels, say double for a very large asteroids game, will the screen scroll with the player to the unseen areas or are they just cut off? Or do I need to change the camera?

Also, can I copy and paste whole scenes, actors, tags attributes and the like to combine two different projects? do the variables carry over or do i Ned to remake them as well?

    If you put the control camera actor in the player it will scroll to the player. And you should be making the scene size bigger.

    For the 2nd question after 0.9.1 it seems you cant really copy and paste anything anymore besides maybe a actor in the same project

    What do you mean can't copy and paste?!?!?
    I copy and paste actors and scenes all day long.

    Yes like i said you can still copy and past a actor and such in the same project. But with the update if you copy and paste between 2 projects it breaks everything, instead of it just missing a attribute or 2 like it was

    Whenever I copy and pasted an actor from 1 project to another first I always drag the image over then make sure I create any of the attributes that actor may have then drag the actor over and it has always worked. Any time I tried to just drag it over it blanked out the attributes on previous builds.

    ok i think i understand, so! if i put the camera actor on the player, or the attribute on the player actor the camera will follow the player always? so if i make the screen ... 2000 x 3000 for an asteroids game the camera will follow the player all around the 2000x3000 area? i know that in asteroids the player goes off screen and comes back on the other side of the screen, will that still work?

    and it seems in order to use the really cool template i bought today im going to have to import the actors pics, then attributes in the manner that chaser described.

    For the ship to pop up on the other side of the screen. I haven't done this with the camera control to see how it flows though.
