Snake. Proof of Concept

Hi to the GS community,

I'm quite new to this creator and to this site. I just found BarkBarkCo's "Move by Spawn" here: http://gamesalad.com/game/play/55218 and added some new stuff.

My goal is to finish this Snake Clone for working out. Actually my problem is to destroy the snake when she's touching herself and that she moves automatically. It would be very nice if you could help me out. Thank you!
I ended up with: http://gamesalad.com/game/12455 (the snake is the lighter object; so just move by keys)

    Its not very good m8 tbh it's bad code and was probably made a long time ago hold tight i have a template coming soon that enhances the snake concept.

    Not to get defensive, but I would say that it is only "bad code" due to memory handling practices of GS. Now, I'm currently on my work PC so I can't review the code further to back that up, but I don't remember it being THAT bad! ;-)

    The version i played was jerky and nearly unplayable although i'm not sure if he changed your code so wasn't an attack on you...if it spawns and destroys every move is that a good thing?
