I have submitted my first app about a week ago and one minute ago it changed state to In Review. Any info on that? How long does it take them now?

    From personal experience about 4 days is the longest I waited once in review. I have also had it as fast as 24 hours, so it just depends on apple.

    could be an hour could be 72 hours, no way to know. Someone posted on here a while back they had an app in review for a month. My longest review time was between 48 and 72 hours.

    edit:
    My shortest time was about 4 hours

    Hey Cabaco,
    your first period of one week is average and most of my apps had the same.

    The "in review" time is usually around two days as in, it changes to "in review" status today and it will be on the app store sometime tomorrow.

    Make sure you have your tax info completed or they will not release (happened to me) and log in tomorrow and adjust the release date to something that suits your plan.
    I assume you are working on a web page and youtube video ... if you haven't already.

    Congratulations of your first app and good luck :)

    No, no problem at all.

    Any promotion you do is optional and the only reason I've mentioned it is that youtube is still a great way to convince somebody that your app is worth $4.99 or what ever you are charging :)

    please send me some sunshine?

    What do you mean by sunshine? LOL
    My app is actually just 0.99 $

    I haven't seen the sun for a week and figured she is hiding in your part of the world? LOL

    $ 0.99 is good too!

    Be sure you make a big announcement once your app is approved!
