Timer - Run to completion?

What does this mean exactly? And, when would/should I definitly use this feature and when should/would I definitly not use this feature?

Does run to completion mean that nothing else can stop it? I don't exactly understand this box.

    Kinda like you said it triggers it and doesnt stop till finsihed. So say you have an actor and if it bumps into another actor you want something to ahppen after 1 second . So you have when object collides with whatever after 1 second then yhou behavior. Without run to compultion when the objects collides iwth the other one it would have to stay touching for one second for the behavior to happen. BUt if you have run to completion checked, once they collide after a second the behavior will happen weather there still touching or not
