Game crashing

I got some reviews at the apple store saying that my game crashes at start... at the gamesalad splash screen to be specific... it stays at the blank (white) screen.
Does anyone knows why it happens?

Not sure why but I notice on a lot of GS games it sometimes(not always) takes a good 3 or 4 seconds of a blank white screen for the GS splash to start.

it takes about 6 seconds from the start of the app with the white screen, till it actually shows the gamesalad logo and stuff. Whats probably happening is people are starting it only waiting 3 or 4 seconds then thinking its crashed. I get the same reviews on all my gamesalad apps, and i used my own promo codes to test on every iphone and touch there is and never had any of my apps crash, so i know its just people not being patient.

just out of curiosity why does it take so long to start?

I have no problem with the gamesalad splash, it just needs to be alot more efficient then white screen witha video that takes so long to start. I get support emails as well from people asking for updates to fix the crash, i tell them to just wait and see if it loads and it always does. They then go on to bashing gamesalad. They really gotta optimize that splash!
