How do i make a draggable see-saw?

Hi i'm new here and was wondering if someone could help me with my problem.

i was wondering how i can make a seesaw type shape and when i touch and drag my finger from top to bottom and collide with the see saw it reacts to my finger and how fast i dragged and spins accordingly.

Help would be much appreciated

    So do you want the see saw to move around the screen or by drag able do you mean you want to be able to push the end of the seesaw up and down with the center staying in one place?

    Hi i would like the second one where the middle stays in the center but depending on how hard you swipe the faster it reacts. Is it possible?
