Finger slide between scenes

I am wondering if its possible to have a slick slide function between scenes. An example of this is the basic way you slide between your apps on the iphone - it has a nice slick animation to it. The only thing I have been able to do in GS is create button that goes to next scene, but no fancy animation slide between the two.

Is it possible?
