    When someone gives you a promo code, you go to redeem.
    on you computer- its under you account

    on your iphone or ipad- go to featured, scroll down and hit redeem. then type in the code for the game.

    a promo code is a code(like a coupon) for an app to get it free

    Well, as far as sales go, as long as your game is fairly good, the forum leaves 4 - 5 stars and writes a nice review. So, people that are actually going to pay money for your game will see a high Star rating and nice reviews of the game and be more inclined to pay money for your game.

    No one really wants to spend a buck on a game that doesn't have any reviews or any star ratings.
