Rotate to mouse position tutorial?

I can't find TSB's rotate to mouse position tutorial.

I want to do something similar to what he did with the cannon but I can't seem to find it. Anyone know where it's at?

    im runnin out the doow but you would rotate to vector to angle of the cannon and mouse position
