I Use to know this, but they make some changes in the forum and Now i Don't Know!
How can I Embed a Youtube video for you to watch directly in the post?
And the same with the images!

youtube you still can just post the link and it will appear.

for images you upload the images to tinypic.com or any hosting site, youll see a url link thats for forums and messages boards, copy that.

in your post put<img src="URL of Image" /

you puta > after the /replace "url of image" with the forum and message board link you copyed from your hosting site
