Unlimited Levels?

Well, How can i make unlimited level?

Let me explain:

Like the typical run game, every 1,000km = +1 Level.
Also, higher is the level, harder is the game.

Maybe have an attribute that increments, then when it reaches 1000 change scene. Or change level attributes like speed, and background etc.

It is just and endless game, every time it changes level based on distance, you adjust difficulty, speed, etc.
For example, in each level you can spawn more enemies, or in a run game, on each additional level it makes the distance of the platforms bigger, etc.
