What are the pros and cons of each? Is one better to use than the other?

Thanks

the cons are scene attributes can only be accessed by an actor once it is placed in the scene and unlocked. So I only use scene attributes for something that is very specific to that scene like a level number.

From what I understand, scene attributes cannot be used at this time. Stick with the game.attributes for now.

Can actor attributes have access to other actor attributes or just game attributes?

    Thanks

Nope. Only actors can access their own actor's attributes. (i.e. Actor 1 cannot access Actor 2's attributes)

If you drag a actor onto the screen, double clikc it and then double clikc the lock to unlock it, then the actor wil have accesss to scene attributes, as well as the attributes of every actor in your scene as well.

But once you unlock it any changes will have to be made in that actor unlocked actor for it, adding new stuff to the main actor in the actor pane wont appear in a unlocked actor.
